It is with deep anguish and outrage that we bring to your notice the tragic suicide of our colleague, a Lady AEO From Hyderabad circle reportedly due to unbearable work pressure. This is not just a personal tragedy, but a collective failure of the system which continues to ignore the mental health, dignity, and well-being of officers.

No officer should be pushed to the edge because of unrealistic workloads, insensitive targets, or lack of humane support. The loss of life is irreversible, and it is a wake-up call for immediate intervention.

We demand that CBOA takes a firm stand on this issue and ensures:

1. A thorough and transparent inquiry into the circumstances leading to this incident.

2. Fixing accountability on those responsible for creating such hostile working conditions.

3. Immediate implementation of measures to reduce work pressure and ensure a healthy work–life balance.

4. Strong support systems, including counseling facilities, for officers facing stress.

This heartbreaking incident should never be repeated. The union must rise to protect its members from such inhuman pressures and restore faith among officers that their lives, health, and dignity matter more than mere numbers and targets.

Enough is enough—this is the time for decisive action, not routine statements.

शायद आप में से कई मेरी बात से असहमत होंगे
लेकिन आज मैं एक कड़वा, और खतरनाक सच कहना चाहता हूँ।

अगर बैंकिंग में सुकून से जीना है, और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर इज़्ज़त से बाहर निकलना है तो एक बात हमेशा याद रखना:
बैंक में कदम रखते ही ‘सस्ते ब्याज’ ���ाले लोन के लालच में मत फँ���ना।

क्योंकि ये लोन आपकी मदद के लिए नहीं होते,
ये आपकी आज़ादी छीनने के लिए दिए जाते हैं।

जैसे ही नौकरी शुरू होती है,
🏠 हाउसिंग लोन
🚗 कार लोन
💳 ओवरड्राफ्ट
💰 पर्सनल लोन
सब आपके सामने सजकर खड़े होते हैं।

और एक बार आप फँसे तो आपका हर सपना, हर आवाज़, हर हक़ गिरवी रख दिया जाता है।

अगली सुबह से ही EMI की परछाई आपके सिर पर मंडराने लगती है। आप न बोल सकते हैं, न विरोध कर सकते हैं, न नौकरी छोड़ सकते हैं क्य���ंकि अब आपकी आत्मा लोन में गिरवी है।

जब आप बैंक छोड़ना चाहते हैं तो बैंक आपको जाने नहीं देता। आप खुद भी नहीं जा सकते क्योंकि आपके पास वो एकमुश्त रकम नहीं होती, और पीछे EMI का फंदा तैयार खड़ा होता है।

अब सोचिए
कितना भी अत्याचार हो,
मैनेजर गाली दे,
काम का बोझ गला घोंट दे,
कोई सुनवाई न हो

फिर भी आप चुप रहते हैं —क्योंकि आपके पास “Option to Quit” ही नहीं है।

ये कोई लोन नहीं
ये एक मानसिक बेड़ी है।
ये आपकी आवाज़ को कैद कर देती है,
आपकी आत्मा को गिरवी रख देती है।

और यही तो सिस्टम चाहता है
कि आप कभी सवाल न कर पाएं,
कभी विद्रोह न कर पाएं,
बस चुपचाप झुकते रहें,
EMI भरते रहें
और धीरे-धीरे मरते रहें।

यही है असली वजह उन आत्महत्याओं की, जिन पर कोई कुछ नहीं क��ता।
ये EMI नहीं, ये आत्महत्या की किश्तें हैं।
