I don’t think a soul has ever been opened so publicly, this is probably the most emotional and hard hitting music can ever get. HOW does @Renmakesmusic do it? The music, the lyrics, the video production (!), the constant impact on every damn track he puts out.

Whilst the dudes a genius, and obviously has greatness ahead, right now I can’t imagine he’s given a huge budget for production, yet he puts out a game changing video with such an attention grabbing visual we haven’t seen used before.

As a lad growing up, I used to work in Menai Bridge (The Pizza Base!), and I remember clearly the night this song is about. I didn’t know @Renmakesmusic as a kid, he’s 6/7 years younger than me, but I remember hearing about what happened and the heartbreak the community felt. Finding out this was his best mate so many years later just hits hard, and for it to be put across in such a raw way (Rens default) just blows the mind.

Thanks for sharing such a difficult part of your life Ren, I imagine it’s going to open things up all over again, but I hope this creative process is restorative for you. Your pal is looking down with pride for sure ❤️
