@azmeulp Hope you made some money on the way up! It’s currently infinity mNav to bitcoin holdings as they own zero. Will be interesting to see how they navigate the 40% digital asset investment limit. Maybe they’ll try buying other DAT co’s. Maybe the ones that bought them 🤣
@thebtcpharaoh@resveratrol67@MoonIncHK I take your point but the https://t.co/SR5OvB75CO deal was done as a private sale for 70% during the trading halt. The mandatory offer for the other 30% was irrelevant.
I guess in this case there must be a private agreement with the major shareholders that hasn’t been disclosed.
@resveratrol67@thebtcpharaoh@MoonIncHK The consortium isn’t going to 14x their offer price. Let’s assume they double it, if they even have that much funding available (doubtful). Current shareholders would need to accept THB1.12/share. Big risk to anyone buying the share now, and this isn’t being communicated
@thebtcpharaoh@resveratrol67@MoonIncHK They are offering existing shareholder 0.56/share at current price of THB6.45. It’s a voluntary tender offer, who will sell to them at 0.56? Price will need to fall to 0.56 or tender offer will fail.
@DavidFBailey@UTXOmgmt You haven’t bought anything. You just submitted an offer at a 90% discount to current market price. Anyone who buys this after your tweet will need to decide if they sell to you for a 90% loss or keep current management. Please do 5mins research on your next deal
@btc_overflow The UtxoMgt consortium submitted their formal offer today to purchase the DV8 shares. They are offering THB0.56/ share, current share price is THB5.50/ share. Maybe don’t rush in to buying DV8. Fair chance everyone who bid up the price is about to get rugged
@sirada_l@idOS_network@sirada_l could you please provide some more info on the transaction. Currently the consortium owns no DV8 shares and is offering 0.56/share when the market price is 5.10/share. How does this voluntary tender offer work? Thanks
@tony_colonna@DistRiggs@DavidFBailey From SET filings, it is a voluntary tender offer to buy the shares at 0.56, current price and your entry price about 5.00. They haven’t provided any info on how this will work. Either price falls to their offer price, offer price is increased or tender offer fails? Not sure
@vostrabtc@JasonSoraVC Yes please do, I’m not trolling, big fan of Sora, just genuinely don’t understand how what seems like a voluntary tender offer works if offer price is 10% of current share price.
