@BluSmartIndia Second time it happened. Booked a BluSmart rental 24 hours in advance. Called the driver before the scheduled time to get exact ETA. He tells me he’s going to be 40 MINUTES late. I cancel and BluSmart charges me cancellation charges!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
