@antonia_mdprjct If you try to save on design upfront, you’ll end up paying for it on the backend with change orders.

Getting a design team that understands constructability reduces the amount of RFIs and opportunities for change orders.

For items like a car wash or chassis wash, designers will get their basis-of-design from one vendor.

If a different vendor is bought out, there’s a chance that their pit dimensions don’t line up with the pit dimensions shown on plan.

Make sure to coordinate to avoid issues.
