@AmericanAir It’s not just that flight, it’s the connecting flight that he has now missed. This happens on the regular for our family with AA. We are also supposed to be flying as a family on Thursday too on AA, and now I’m worried about those flights. Something has to give 😢😢

@FedEx no response? You guys want to be better than the rest, than listen to the customers. The fact that I could recite what each CSR was going to say to me “script reading”, I said it before they could so I didn’t have to hear it for the 6th time. Kelly @ 33404 deserves praise!

@FedEx and Raj Subramaniam, y’all lost my pkg for days & I got the run around from many script reading CSRs from many depts not being able to find my 5ft/25lb pkg. I was able to get the local FedEx stations nmbr & called & the rep there Kelly found it in 10mins. 33404. Do better.
