Looks like SpaceX will IPO at $135, fewer red flags but I am not a buyer until it breaks under $100/share....and it will :)

Everyone is excited for the SpaceX IPO, but I'll wait for the 40% drop post IPO, then buy some. Not saying it is a bad company at all, just saying, if it IPOs around $175-195/share, it is priced to almost perfection and nothing executes perfectly :)
