🚨 59 Days Later. Still No Justice. 🚨
On May 13, @Uber_Support exposed my home address on Twitter.
→ 37 days since my legal demand
→ 17 days since I filed arbitration
→ Almost 24 hours since Uber’s own attorney acknowledged the case in writing
→ @ADRorg still hasn’t assigned a case manager
🕔 It’s now 5PM ET. No more games.
The tweet exposing my address stayed live for over 40 hours —
And I was NEVER notified of the breach.
Today marks 59 days since this happened. I’m done waiting.
I’m escalating:
📬 FTC Complaint
📸 Media Coverage
🧾 Public release of my full case file — including screenshots of Uber admitting what they did
@Uber, @FTC, @ADRorg, @dkhos, @tonywest, @RepAaronBean, @RepLuna, @UberEats —
You had every chance to fix this.
You chose silence.
Now you’ll answer to the public.
