If you are suffering from constipation,
• Eat Red Plums.
• Or, Red Grapes and Pears.
• Or drink UHT milk.
Don't eat pawpaws and vegetables.
Pawpaws won't slide nyweeeeeee from your mouth to lubricate the rectum. That is a fallacy.
During constipation, you don't need vegetable fibre. They will irritate the gut, annoy bacteria, and block the exit.
Plums, grapes and UHT milk are osmotic laxatives.
Plums and grapes have sorbitol.
UHT milk has lactulose.
Sorbitol, however, is the best.
Sorbitol moistens the faeces and motivates bacteria to eat the faeces, thereby making the stool softer.
Simple. Effective. Proven.
Remember, I said, IF YOU HAVE CONSTIPATION.
New Chapter Unlocked! ⚖️
Excited to share that I am continuing with another academic year at the University of Glasgow as I transition into legal practice in the UK and other common law jurisdictions.
From football management and the first ever @FIFAcom Diploma in football club management to the law school, it's been a journey of growth, discipline and purpose. Football has taught me negotiation, governance and leadership. Now I want to use that experience to serve in sports law, business and human rights.
Glasgow, let's get to work!

Ladies and gentlemen, here is Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe.
Live within your means.
Be content with what you have.
Don't try to live other people's lives.
Don't borrow a loan to buy a car just because a neighbour has a car or because you want to impress people.
Don't buy an M-KOPA phone. Save and buy.
Be at peace with yourself.

You have 1 day left to decide what your next 100 days will look like.

Then start.
