20 THINGS I WISH I KNEW AT 20
1. Family over everything. Every time.
2. A lot of friendships will be temporary. Cherish the real ones.
3. Working out does more for your mental health than physical health.
4. Never stop learning. If you get bored reading books, you’re reading the wrong books.
5. Alcohol is not your friend. Limit as much as possible.

@RyanHoliday Agree! Let's also not bash our current POTUS and go to protests letting our children hold "Trump Sucks" signs.

One of my biggest challenges?
Placing less weight on others' opinions and expectations
Fundamentally, the expectations and opinions of those around us have a big impact on a lot of what we do every day.
Our boss's approval, family's approval, or friend's approval. The list goes on.
The trick is not caring what everybody thinks of you but just caring what the right people think of you.

Why is the journey the reward?
Because the journey is where we:
Find ourselves
Learn about ourselves
Better ourselves
What could be more rewarding than that in life?
