Reminder Complaint : Re submission of complaint for strict and complete action against ongoing illegal construction at C.ward, 138, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai 400002.
I wish to bring to your urgent notice that illegal construction. I had previously lodged a complaint regarding this matter, however, the BMC officials carried out only a partial and superficial demolition, which appears to be done marely as a formality. The illegal construction remaince and work has restarted, indicating negligence and possible collusion of the concerned officials.
This clearly violates the MMC Act and poses a structural and safety risk to nearby residents. Therefore I request :
1) A complete and detailed inspection of the site.
2) Strict and full demolition action under the MMC Act.
3) An inquiry in to the officials involved in the incomplete action.
4) A copy of the action taken report.
5) Immediate issuance of a stop work notice.
6) Deployment of an inspection officer to monitor compliance.

Yesterday there was no patra — today the road to Shivbliss has been completely blocked by unauthorized tin sheets.
