@Kythh My view is that it shouldn't even trend at all coz it should be the minimum we expect to see from govt putting to use our taxes in a proper way. My argument was that had it been in another country, Ugandans wld be trending it with compromised comparisons.

@Kythh As far as I know URA is one of the few organizations I know with at least 99% of its employees Ugandan. It's ok for our brothers who work there to enjoy the ambiance as they serve the nation. Don't forget, that it was not operating in free premises.
