When I call the @Airtel_Ug customer, and they say they would work on me for more than 3times.
Yesterday, they told me to go a nearby service centre with my ID to be worked on.
Today, I go to @Airtel_Ug in Ntinda Branch and the manager tells me to call and negotiate with Oliver
