Since then, innovation, partnerships and community action have helped save millions of lives. But progress remains fragile—and continued investment in new solutions is essential.
At the International Candlelight Memorial, we stand in solidarity with people living with HIV. Through our $2.3 billion health partnership & American innovation like lenacapavir—a twice-yearly injection preventing nearly 100% of new HIV infections—we're moving closer to ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. Together, we will end HIV. 🇺🇸🇺🇬🕯️
Today, Uganda joins the world to commemorate International AIDS #CandlelightMemorialDay
We remember lives lost to HIV/AIDS, stand with those living with HIV, and continue the fight against stigma and discrimination.....
