Speeches, photos, introductions or whatever are all allowed way before the service time starts. And failure to keep your time for your functions, which is moderated by the MC can't be blamed on the priest.

@ahmednasirlaw How will this govt transform Kenya in 6mnths when it has failed in 4yrs? The FY ends in March 2027 after which the country enters full campaign mode. At this point, the issue is not the vision but political will & credibility - what evidence is there that they'll suddenly emerge?
