I sincerely hope the administration and leadership of the Government of Karnataka will pay heed.

A provision allowing up to 5% of a Park or Garden’s total area to be alienated through sale, lease, gift, exchange, mortgage or otherwise is seriously concerning.

Our parks, forests, and natural spaces belong to the people of Karnataka. They are not simply assets to be transferred or monetised. Once we compromise these spaces, we may not get them back.

This is about what kind of Karnataka we want to leave behind for the next generation.

HURDLE 1: THE BJP HAS CHANGED.
The BJP's social coalition has changed dramatically. It cannot afford to antagonise the OBC/EBC/Dalit constituencies. All these now constitute a crucial part of its electoral base. The BJP has in fact widened caste based welfare.

HURDLE 2: T.I.N.A.
The parties most likely to benefit from a GC revolt (SP, CONG, RJD) are, in many cases, precisely the parties advocating more reservations in EVEN the private sector, caste enumeration or removal of the 50% ceiling on quotas.

THE ALTERNATIVE:
THE GENERAL CATEGORY IS POWERFUL BUT IT MUST GET ORGANISED
At roughly one-fifth of the electorate, GCs have substantial electoral influence as they vote as a bloc, particularly in several northern and central states. But they cannot, by themselves, determine the BJP's electoral strategy for the reasons stated above. SO, MOBILISE. It must form its own unalloyed nationwide outfit. Today's build is called Praval and the name itself is the whole thesism, Praval is Sanskrit for coral.

What they are building..

- An open-source Python framework where you do not design a multi-agent system, you grow one.

- Plain Python functions get turned into agents with a decorator, and instead of some central manager agent telling everyone what to do, they talk to each other through something called the Reef, a shared space where agents publish knowledge and other agents just react to what is relevant to them.

Most agent frameworks today are chasing the opposite idea, a leader agent orchestrating followers, which looks tidy in a diagram but quietly rebuilds the same bottleneck distributed systems have been trying to kill for 20 years.

Praval's bet is that letting go of the leader is what actually lets the system scale.

Founded by Rajesh Sampathkumar Ji (@aiexplorations), Over 2 decades in data and AI, about 10 years of that specifically in ML, across automotive, aerospace, energy, telecom, and BFSI.

They have already dogfooded it. Praval Deep Research is a local-first research assistant for arXiv papers, built entirely on top of the framework, 9 agent roles, running on a person's own machine, with the papers, embeddings, and conversations never leaving the device.

That is the difference between a framework that exists on a landing page and one that has actually been stress-tested on a real workflow.

The impact...

If this holds up: a system with no single point of control also has no single point of failure. As people start chaining agents into longer and higher-stakes workflows, that is not a nice to have, it is the whole ballgame.

And there is a quieter point here too, most of the agentic AI world has not even questioned whether hierarchy is the right shape. Praval is one of the few actually asking.

1 suggestion, just my 2 cents...

Be as public about where this breaks as where it shines. Leaderless systems are powerful but genuinely harder to debug when nothing is in charge, "why did this happen" gets harder to answer, not easier.

Trust in infra tools is built by showing the failure modes, not hiding them.

Please note there is no room for complacency for BJP in Uttar Pradesh.

The more the election is becoming localised the more the chances are that BJP would lose that seat.

Example a rural seat at Pilibhit District where BJP got more than 50% in both 2022 & in 2024 there is huge anger against MLA & also the district administration.

Even if BJP change its MLA there is a little scope of winning.

Eventually BJP might win 2027 but the narrative is slipping.

Even in 2022 when a famous psephologist said BJP would get between 288 & 326 I said it can only be 275 because the elections were getting localised at Poorvanchal.

This is just an Amber Signal.

There are some districts where BJP is sweeping but there are constituencies where BJP is struggling.

Hon’ble CM Shri @DKShivakumar sir,

The Cabinet’s decision to amend the Karnataka Government Parks (Preservation) Act, 1975, reportedly allowing the diversion of up to 5% of park land, is deeply concerning.

Our parks are not real-estate assets. They are vital public, ecological and intergenerational assets that must be protected.

Lalbagh, Cubbon Park and thousands of other parks must remain protected - not opened up for commercial or real estate projects.

This move is clearly designed to facilitate projects such as the Tunnel Road by circumventing the proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court.

I urge you to reconsider this amendment and ensure that no park land is diverted without strict safeguards, environmental assessment and meaningful public consultation.

Our green spaces are not meant to be traded, transferred or sacrificed. They belong to the people of Karnataka and to future generations.
