@BelsizeVillage as I have previously informed you I am opposed to the permanent bunting in Belsize village, which I note has recently increased. Can you please let me know who authorised this and what process there has been for consultation with local residents. Thank you .
@npje@TalkTalk They left me without Internet for 13 days!!! Blamed my old router initially and refused to send an engineer. When Open Reach turned up (5 days later), a fault at the exchange was identified. This 'fault' was never rectified! Switched to @Plusnet. Internet restored in 5 seconds!
@TalkTalk You've got my account information!!! Do you seriously think I'm engaging any further with a team of robots on this???!!! You are in BIG trouble, @talktalk!!! 11 days without Internet and total silence from all of you! In breach of our contract. Acting unlawfully!!!
@TheTequilaman@TalkTalk I've been without Internet for coming up to 10 days! NW London area. Fault identified at the exchange, so why hasn't it been fixed after all that time? No service updates since Thursday. They take your money for NO service! Total criminals!!!😡🤬😡
@TalkTalk What, for the past 10 days since the fault was found at YOUR exchange??? Open Reach identified the fault last week Tuesday, yet now everything has fallen silent! There's something else at play here. You are now acting unlawfully by taking my money for NO service! Theft???
@kerrycottam@TalkTalk Yet ANOTHER @TalkTalk customer to join the growing ranks of the disconnected!!! My Internet was cut off exactly ONE week, ONE day, and 18 hrs ago! Fault lies at THEIR exchange! Nothing but lies, misinformation, and total incompetence! And the orange light continues to flash!!!🤬
@TalkTalk I received an update by telephone at around 4pm. yesterday. Apparently, the engineer was still working on the issue! REALLY???!!! Over one week after the fault was identified at YOUR exchange? You are in breach of our contract, and Trading Standards have been informed!!!
@TalkTalk I've had no Internet for one week and 4 hours! There has been a fault identified at your exchange 2 days ago!!! I was informed that a field engineer had been sent out to fix the fault TODAY. Well, in another 3 hours, it will be yet ANOTHER day! Am I being gaslighted???😡
@LJO74@TalkTalk My Internet has been down since I switched on my pc just before 5pm yesterday. I daresay it had been down long before that! Less than 2 months ago, same issue. Wifi connection with my phone, almost non-existent with web pages barely loading. Internet down AGAIN as we speak!
@FreeviewAdvice For the last week or so, I am getting a 'weak or no signal' notice across my screen when trying to access 5Star on Freeview. I receive my signal via a Humax box, which has no issues. Everything worked fine one minute; the next, 'no signal'! What's going on? NW London area.
