போக்குவரத்துக்கு இடைஞ்சலாகவோ, நடைபாதையை பயன்படுத்த தடையாகவோ, ஓட்டுநர்களின் கவனத்தை திசை திருப்பும் விதமாகவோ வைக்கப்படும் பேனர்களுக்கு காவல்துறையால் அனுமதி தர முடியாது.

சாலையின் நடுவே மீடியனில் மற்றும் சாலை சந்திப்பு போன்ற இடங்களில் பேனர் அல்லது கொடி கம்பங்கள் வைக்க காவல்துறையால் அனுமதி கொடுக்க முடியாது.

நீங்கள் வைக்கும் பேனர் அல்லது கொடி கம்பங்கள் காற்றிலோ அல்லது கவனக்குறைவிலோ கீழே விழுந்தாலும் அது சாலை மற்றும் நடைபாதையில் விழாத வகையில் வைக்கப்படும் பேனர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே அனுமதி கிடைக்கும்.

காவல்துறையின் எழுத்துப்பூர்வ அனுமதி வாங்காமல் வைக்கப்படும் பேனர்களுக்கு 25000 ரூபாய் அபராதம் விதிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். சமீபத்திய நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவில் சாலைகளில் வைக்கப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு கொடி கம்பத்திற்கும் 1000 ரூபாய் வசூல் செய்யலாம் என்று நீதிபதி அறிவுறுத்தி இருந்தார்.

பொதுமக்களுக்கு ஆபத்து விளைவிக்கும் பேனர்களை தடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று உங்களுக்கு உண்மையிலேயே அக்கறை இருந்தால் உங்கள் கட்சி சார்பாக பேனர் வைப்பவர்கள் மீது காவல்துறை மூலம் சட்டப்பூர்வ நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க உத்தரவு கொடுங்களேன். காவல்துறை உங்கள் கட்சியினர் வைக்கும் சட்ட விரோத பேனர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தால் நீங்களோ உங்கள் கட்சியினரோ அதில் தலையிட மாட்டோம் என்று பொது மேடையில் ஒரு அறிவிப்பு கொடுங்களேன்.

Today, the Managing Director of MTC Chennai, Dr. @prabhusean7, I.A.S., inspected the proposed upcoming bus terminus and depot near the Velachery MRTS Railway Station at Velachery.

During the inspection, the possible plans for establishing the terminus and depot, infrastructure requirements, operational feasibility, and commuter convenience were reviewed in detail. The proposed facility is aimed at strengthening public transport connectivity and enhancing bus operations in the region.

The Joint Managing Director, R. Sundharapandian, along with other officials of MTC, was present during the inspection. (1/2)
