@dc_dummies@CommandersLead Just so I'm clear. Your position is that you, while sitting at home having absolutely zero to do with the team, are as qualified as actual sports journalists? Those with extensive experience, better access, more info, and actual credibility.
Dunning-Kruger is undefeated.
@JayDanielsMVP To be clear, they did try pass plays, but he had no legs and you could tell. Then ran him, which was also a mistake. Should have sat him right then and they would have won that game. But Shanahans didn't know or care, and RG3 probably wasn't honest about how bad he was hurt.
@JayDanielsMVP You could see exactly when he hurt it from the stands.
2nd drive: drove down the field. The play before the Touchdown (to Paulsen?) he rolls right and injured it running OOB on the home sideline. wasn't the same after (but did go up 14-0).
@Gcarmi21 Just my $.02.
I'd prefer BA because of his age and no long term commitment. I also think he's just trying to force the team that canceled his guarantees. Before like 2 weeks ago he had multiple years of being a good teammate and not rocking the boat. I think he just wants out.
@Gcarmi21 Because he loves vets in prove it deals. Right now who has the higher ceiling? Probably the younger guy.
Who's playing for the vet minimum? BA, Who's going to have multiple teams bidding? Diggs.
They need someone else, right now BA is really low risk (if he becomes available)
@Russellmania621 the fact is IF they sign him, it will be fairly cheap and for a 1 year deal. nothing burger either way. I'd rather him (speeding and stupid videos) than Diggs (litany of issues at a much much higher price)
@Reez_Delaghetto@CommanderDev3x@Russellmania621 He won't. He's being doing this since before 2012, but did the same thing with Griffin an Cousins. that caller clearly struck a nerve and everyone knows it.
We're like 2 years away from a new show with Russell and Lacanfora just complaining for 3 hours every day.
@readingRachel25@sportsdatawran1@ChiefKeefir@bigdonkey47 "Inspired by" doesn't mean "about".
The Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah aren't in Montgomery County, MD or WV.
It's not a debatable assertion and laughable wrong. But again, you have every right to believe what you believe no matter how incorrect. Enjoy your day and Go O's.
@readingRachel25@sportsdatawran1@ChiefKeefir@bigdonkey47 Also, if we're going by initial inspiration and not the final product, I assume you believe that U2's Sunday Bloody Sunday was about the American civil rights movement (the inspiration) and not the troubles in Ireland (the final product).
Let's just call a spade a spade.
@readingRachel25@sportsdatawran1@ChiefKeefir@bigdonkey47 This is not controversial. The song mentions "west VA". And while both authors state that they were driving in MD and found inspiration, the final song is clearly about VA. MD isn't even mentioned but you claim whatever brings you joy. Unfortunately the Shenandoah isn't in MD.
@sportsdatawran1@ChiefKeefir@bigdonkey47@ChiefKeefir
is correct. It is "west Virginia", not "West Virginia". The song is clearly about west(ern) VA, only the extra syllable didn't match with the tune so it was shortened. Writers of the song (Denver didn't write it) explicitly state that they were inspired by Rte 81.
@MLFootball Independent of people's thoughts of his fit in washington, injury history, draft spot..
He looks like Doug Baldwin to me.
Not saying he'll be that level of pro, but thats who he reminds me of.
@PlannedSarcasm@GoingCommander Offensive options werent on the board. No victory lap either way. Since this tweet i actually changed my mind and would have preferred downs. Who knows what they would have done if the board fell differently. Let's just hope styles lives up to the hype & the O stays healthy #hail
