23 days in a new home and they can’t figure out how to set a new account up!!!
All we get is the same old 💩 from the agents we deal with.
Another example of shocking customer service!!! 👎🏻
Almost 2 hrs on the phone to @virginmedia most of which has been on hold whilst being passed around different departments, all because someone has mistakenly disconnected our service.
Still on hold
Customer service is TERRIBLE. No one seems to care or be able to sort it out 😡
@virginmedia I spent 3 hrs being passed around 6 departments and spoke to several people.
None of whom resolved the issue.
Someone mistakenly cancelled part of my TV package which meant I was unable to access sports channels.
I will be cancelling Virgin Media as soon as my contract expires
Who wants the opportunity to get closer to the @OfficialBSB action this year.
