@British_Airways my luggage was damaged on my recent flight which was sent to K2 global and they tell me my samsonite can’t be repaired and offered me an inferior replacement luggage. Can someone please help
@HALcruises I have tried to speak to customer services about my booking and room allocation but they are not being very help and allocated me a wet room when I asked for a bathtub due a back injury…. Not very helpful
@HotpointUK I am not happy that my order was cancelled by the delivery driver and not the item is out of stock and the price has increased. Terrible customer journey
@British_Airways BA cancelled my original flight in May 21. I am unable to travel any longer due to my son being on dialysis but BA are still refusing to issue a refund. Can you please look into this
