Here's some AWESOME video of @ClaytonKersh22 "Pulling Down" in Colorado yesterday.
Please Note:
1) A proper Pull Down is using SAME INTENT of max distance (downhill)
2) BE SURE that arm is ALWAYS FULLY STRETCHED OUR prior to any aggressive throwing
Thx 2 @PitchingNetwork 4 vid!
What do you think about this? Luckily we have the @PitchingThe @Sportsmedicin14 @SportsMedicin15 @baseballcoache1 @baseballcoache2 to try to educate people to try to avoid this. #avoidtommyjohn
247 pitches in a 6 day span in 3 different games? And no one to blame? At least they won the College World Series by using him so much. God forbid I would hate to see him lose all that time after surgery and come in 2nd place. What do you think?
So true but if that’s what the market dictates, oh well. All you need are 2 or more desperate teams to bid against each other and that’s how you get to a deal like that.
Don’t be that coach or parent. The plastic trophy (assuming you win one) you get at 12 yrs old is not worth a $30k TJ surgery. Unless you and your son/player are into that kind of thing (and you enjoy taking a year off and learning chess by moving your pieces with other arm).
