@Sedgwick I have a claim that has been open for quite some time and I’m looking to get to a resolution. My claims examiner has gone MIA for the past several weeks and has not returned multiple voicemails or emails. Is there anyone that can assist?
@kbburr I started up again after thanksgiving after a few (several) months of slacking. Down 17 lbs. started running again and ran 3 miles today in under 30 minutes. Amazing how much you can do in just a few weeks! Keep it up!
@rxoinc@FreightWaves Customers want delivery done professionally and a company that might actually give a crap when it doesn’t. RXO isn’t that. A delivery that caused over $20k in damages to my home and I a#cannot get a single person to help me. I’ve had an open ticket for 4 weeks now.
@rxoinc I have had an open property damage claim with you for nearly a month and still have a refrigerator that I can’t use because damage done during the delivery and installation. I am now on the phone yet again trying to speak to literally anyone that can help. Is this normal?
He came and he was great. And he had the part to fix the problem but Samsung told who I thought was Samsung that he couldn’t fix it because the delivery is what caused the problem. Which I paid Samsung for…
But @SamsungUS didn’t do the delivery because why would they. They had a different company do the delivery and so @SamsungUS customer service says I need to call the delivery company. Meanwhile I have a 6 week old refrigerator, water damage and a general F you from @SamsungUS
I’ve called customer service. They sent someone out. He had to call tech support because despite me calling Samsung and him saying he was from Samsung he wasn’t. He was a third party contractor. Samsung sent him but he isn’t Samsung.
