Being true to yourself can build trust. But sometimes, it makes people question your ability to do your job. https://t.co/FoXGyBfi6w

@smallbiztrends @bluehost No. I agree that this is what they think is their biggest concern. I disagree that, at least for 80% of business owners, this is actually their biggest concern. Revenue feeds the ego. Profit feeds the family. Most are naively oblivious to hoe to benchmark/manage the fundamentals.

The best person for the job for me is regardless of and inclusive of ability, disability, qualification, life experience, work experience, charisma, influence, age, sex, religion, politics, wellness and company/organisational ‘fit’

@DavidPerlmutter Know your ‘why’ - describe this and visualise the why as having happened and all it’s benefits you want and need and connect the exercise directly to that outcome statement. Emotionalise the result and mentally daydream and wallow in it daily.

@SteveMatthews12 @economics @markets Proper profitability is poorly understood and the concept of delivering a benchmarked net profit is lost on many business owners. As a result without professional business advisory services they will ever be able to turn their business around.
