Makes me cry for mother & hungry kids living in poverty, she has nothing but her heart to give to her kids to eat. (Most) Mothers are indeed special 💖! They'd do anything to protect their kids in any way possible, as my dearest mom 💞🌹did! We weren't poor but she gave me her ❤
Creatine, long celebrated for supporting muscle growth and athletic performance, is gaining recognition in neuroscience as a powerful aid for brain energy management—especially under demanding conditions like mental stress, intense cognitive effort, or sleep deprivation.
As the brain's primary energy currency, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) gets rapidly depleted during high-demand tasks. Creatine helps by facilitating the quick recycling of ATP through the phosphocreatine system, providing neurons with a more reliable energy buffer to sustain performance when demands spike.
Recent systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials have quantified these effects. A 2024 meta-analysis (Xu et al., Frontiers in Nutrition) found that creatine monohydrate supplementation significantly improved memory performance, with a standardized mean difference (SMD) of 0.31 (95% CI: 0.17–0.44; equivalent to Hedges' g ≈ 0.30), alongside benefits in information processing speed and attention time in some measures. An earlier 2023 meta-analysis (Prokopidis et al., Nutrition Reviews) reported an overall SMD of 0.29 for memory enhancement in healthy individuals, with particularly strong effects in older adults (SMD = 0.88 in those aged 66–76 years).
While this 0.31 SMD reflects a modest-to-moderate standardized effect size (not a literal 31% raw improvement in every person or task), it indicates meaningful gains in memory, mental clarity, and processing efficiency—especially when the brain is challenged.
Benefits tend to be most evident in specific groups: older adults (who may have lower baseline brain creatine), vegetarians/vegans (with naturally reduced dietary intake), females, and those experiencing sleep deprivation or high mental fatigue. Emerging research is also exploring creatine's therapeutic potential for neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, depression, and mild cognitive impairment, though evidence remains preliminary and strongest for memory support.
Creatine isn't a miracle cure or standalone fix—it's best viewed as a supportive nutrient that bolsters brain resilience. Experts stress the need for more large-scale, long-term studies to clarify optimal dosing, duration, and broader impacts on neurological health.

⏳ WHAT IF TIME ISN'T MOVING... BUT YOU ARE?
What if the past, present, and future already exist at the same time?
Some physicists suggest this could be possible through the "block universe" idea based on Einstein's relativity. Quantum physics adds even more mystery with strange effects that challenge how we normally think about time and reality.
There's no scientific proof that we experience all moments at once, and these ideas are still actively debated. But they continue to raise one incredible question:
Is time really flowing... or are we simply moving through it?

🚨 **What If Death Is Just an Illusion?**
What if the end isn't really the end? Some people believe quantum physics hints that death may not be as final as we think. One idea, called **quantum immortality**, suggests consciousness could continue in ways we don't yet understand.
But here's the mystery... this is **only a theoretical idea**, not a proven scientific fact. It remains one of the most fascinating debates about reality, consciousness, and what happens when life ends.

Sleep is the master switch. Poor sleep accelerates decline across almost every system simultaneously. During deep sleep, the brain clears toxic waste products linked to Alzheimer's. Muscle repairs itself. Hormones reset. Immune function consolidates. Don't skimp on it!
Do this for 5 minutes before going to sleep, and your back will feel like you just had a session with a physiotherapist 💆♀️

20-Minute Skillet Mushroom Chicken
Recipe :
Ingredients :
1 ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt and black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
12 oz fresh mushrooms (any type), sliced
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp ghee or unsalted butter
3 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 200°F.
Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and coriander.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish and keep warm in the preheated oven.
In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes until they soften. Add chicken broth, garlic, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the sauce to a boil, then lower the heat. Scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan for added flavor.
Nestle the chicken into the sauce, spoon some over the top, and serve immediately.
CONSCIOUSNESS BEFORE LIFE?
What if awareness existed before anything was alive? Some experts suggest consciousness might be a basic part of the universe—not something that started with humans or even life itself. This idea means the building blocks of awareness could have been present millions of years before the first living cells appeared.
Still, most scientists believe consciousness developed much later, as brains evolved. So is this a breakthrough… or just a fascinating mystery? Maybe consciousness didn’t begin with life… maybe it was always there.

@HSkeptical@wil_da_beast630 Honestly, with this attitude you'd better not marry. If you don't understand it's primarily emotional tie for many women, sex complementing it, you'd better stay single & keep them changing whichever is willing to entertain purely physical relationship. Just dont cry loneliness!
