@annaisabella87 @batten_lesley @TUIUK Our holiday to kos was also cancelled after waiting on hold for an hour we managed to find out it was because we were flying from stanstead and not enough people on the flight. We managed to rebook going from Gatwick. Why they couldn’t have offered us that instead of the canx?
