@BBCBreaking The article says some passengers are delayed for up to 2 hours at Manchester airport, we are here currently and flight is delayed by 7 hours, not counting earlier arrival time we will have waited 10 hours in total 🤣

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@CodandBrew The question all us northerners in Stokey want to know is, will there be gravy!? 😉

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@ShirleyHughes_ I was wondering if you might know anymore about my favourite book when I was a child, it's publishing date etc? This is a very much loved book that I wanted to read to me every night for many years, such fond memories of the beautiful illustrations!

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@StokeyUpdates have you any idea/heard any rumours about what the new cafe at Abney park will be?

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@vygruppen please can you explain why you are refusing to refund a bus journey that was cancelled due to storm hans? We are aware that you normally refund if cancellation is 24 hours in advance, but it is you who cancelled the service & there was no alternative transport.

@easyJet hi, I'm flying with you on Aug 1st and have already checked in online but I wondered if you could help me change seats pls? On todays flight I had a severe panic attack & had to request help from staff & id like to avoid that happening again if possible, thanks.

Such a great event, thanks @Louiestowell 👏

Great atmosphere for @whatSFSaid's talk at @StokeyLitFest, inspiring the next generation of younger writers!

@AvantiWestCoast we have an open return from Stockport to London and we need to use it today. Can we use this to go from Stockport to Sheffield then London seeing as your trains aren't running today?

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@SharkTrustUK @mjattrill @OceanCTrust @TrustCoxi Thanks so much both. Apologies for my untrained eye! 😳 Very interesting & has now sparked an interest to learn more about marine life

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@IUCNSeahorse could you possibly help me to identify this seahorse, found on the Kent coastline in UK? Thank you

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@TfL hi where is the 149 bus route going after Dalston? Stoke newington high street is closed and cannot find any info re diversion online

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@seeyouinstokey @StokeyUpdates is the market at Abney Hall today also around tomorrow? Can't find any mention of it online. Thanks

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@AvantiWestCoast
Accidentally got 2 singles for the same day/same direction, rather than a return. Could I get a refund for one of them please

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@AvantiWestCoast any chance you could get the driver to turn off the heating on the 19.20 train from Euston to manc piccadilly please? It's 20+degrees outside and it's on full blast, a lot of nauseated people

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@stradivarius Im trying to return an item to you. Ive got the returns label off your website but is there also supposed to be a returns note inside the package?

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@MilletsHelpTeam hi my order arrived completely broken with 1 item missing. How do I get a refund asap?

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@GWRHelp Hi, I've just checked the timetable as was told there would be an update today and the trains from Paddington are still only 1 every 1/2 hours. Will this be enough to accommodate the 20,000 people or so?

[Becs Clarke @BecsJMClarke]

@GWRHelp will you be running rail replacement bus services if there aren't enough trains to accommodate the reportedly 16k people attempting to travel by train to glastonbury on weds 22nd? We have tickets booked for that day.
