@TalkTalk @ageuk so after raising the useage allowance in December you have dropped it again, and stopped outgoing calls on Saturday. The bill was paid on Friday as requested on the bill paperwork .My mum’s fall detection system will of course not be working now.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach so BT have moved us to digital voice, but are not offering Fibre to premises…..i now have a system that when broadband goes down….no phone or broadband…when power is off….nothing. Previously old style phone made calls…useful in an emergency !
