@IndiGo6E And to my surprise, they allowed the lady who gave excuse of child 's fever to board who arrived at 8:30 am on check in window for 9 am flight!!!! Her kid was 11-12 yr old n was not sick

@IndiGo6E I already had seat number, I didn't hv any checkin luggage. It was from quick check in which was not possible by web 1:30 hr prior to departure. They didn help . I cudn board. I paid extra money 5600 rs booked 4:05 pm flight on same pnr Which has not departed til now.

@IndiGo6E Madam...i was not allowed to checkin 9 am flight cause web-check-in was not done. I told staff to do check -in , they didn coopertae. They said i shud have done web check in , i said I'm trying but I'm not able to do so cause it closes 3 hr prior to departure time.
