@JustEatGroup where's my food!? Over an hour late & all I got from the help chat was we'll let you know in 48 hours then they disconnected the chat! Takeaway keep saying they're 5 minutes away. I assume they're delivering it on the back of a snail! Didn't even ask my address!

@disneyplus is there a problem with Disney+? Why does it keep changing to Dutch and not let me change to English? I have to click another language first, then back to English.

@DandG_Support Been messed around for 3 weeks now. Supposed to get a call within 2hrs. That was at 11. 5hrs later I call back & I'm still on hold 1h 15minutes later because the person who answered didn't have a clue what I was on about.
Any chance someone could answer the phone?

@MartinSLewis my fridge freezers less than 2yo. For the 2nd time it's stopped working. First time it was covered by warranty & was fixed this time it's not. They're charging me £12 a month for "insurance" in order to fix it. Is that right? It was £357 so thought it's last longer.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. Nothing, but when I called up I was told by 2 departments I've signed up to a new contract. But no one seems to have the ability to cancel it.

@SkyHelpTeam trying to get hold of some1 for days. been kept on hold for 40 mins to be told theres nothing they can do & to try another department on hold another 40 mins & got disconnected! I apparently signed a new contract. I didn't. But no on will cancel it

@BritishGasHelp why is it so difficult to talk to someone? 4 times I've called. 1st one transferred me to wrong department, 2nd one went to transfer me but hung up. 3rd person asked for my name then hung up & 4th person mid sentence hung up as I was giving the reference number.

I'm still so sad that @mishacollins cook book, #TheAdventurousEatersClub isn't available in the UK until December 26th! 😭. Reading so much about it and I don't understand the references!
