Big thanks to our Sex Discrimination Commissioner Dr Anna Cody, now men have ‘rights’ to take maternity leave and give birth without discrimination!
Another huge win for men! 🍆👏
A lot of people have struggled to believe me when I say that the Australian Human Rights Commission is giving pregnancy protections in law to men who claim to be woman, because it’s so stupid it’s hard to believe anyone would say it.
Enjoy:
@CrunchAlias@Alecaticus But if men want to rape crossdressing men they’ll rape them anywhere so crossdressing men should use men’s bathrooms. Isn’t that the argument trans activists use (in reverse) for crossdressing men invading women’s spaces?
Let's make this obnoxious man the most famous man in a dress and #PeakTheWorld
Our Sallidarity Rally starts at 13:00 tomorrow outside the Australian High Commision. See you there! 😀

Trans activists discovering the concept of a control group for the first time is genuinely hilarious.
“You can’t assess whether a treatment works by studying people who mostly didn’t have it.”
That’s literally how you study if a treatment works.
If their biology is oriented towards the production of sperm, they're male. If their biology is oriented towards the production of eggs, they're female. Like I said, we still classify prepubescent boys as male even though they lack the ability to produce sperm. Once they are finished developing, they will have the ability to produce sperm. Similarly, though post-menopausal women lose the ability to produce eggs, they still remain female. An analogy: compare a broken toaster with a model toaster. A broken toaster and a model toaster may look indistinguishable, but a broken toaster, unlike a model toaster, actually has the function of toasting. A trivial repair may be all that's needed to restore proper functioning to the broken toaster. But to turn a model toaster into a real toaster by giving it the function of toasting is anything but trivial!
Novak Djokovic refused to get vaccinated against the coronavirus, and so was ineligible for the Australian Open, because ineligible to enter Australia. Silly decision, in my view, but entirely up to him. And he had an open, free, un-coerced choice.
Of course, he would have preferred to play the matches and also not get jabbed. Just like some male athletes would prefer to play in the female category, without getting tested. We know that that's their preference set. And we know that it won't be met, under the new rules.
But *not getting your preference set satisfied* is not the same as *being coerced.*
Offhand —
* Vacillation on masks, with abundant motivated reasoning in every case.
* Promulgation of made-up thresholds with no evidentiary basis (e.g. 6 feet).
* Authoritarian delight in nanny state intrusiveness (policing the beach and such).
* 180 on many issues around BLM.
* Lack of effective response from science funding bodies.
* Denial of aerosolized transmission.
* Changing of trial readouts so that they’d occur after the election. (Confirmed to me by senior OWS officials.)
* Crazy criteria for vaccine distribution.
* Adamant insistence on vaccine efficacy beyond what was supported by data.
* Almost complete lack of follow-through on OWS (on pan-variant vaccines).
I’m sure there are more, but those are the ones that stick out.
Book reviews by philosophers, notoriously, can be scathing, but a sober review of a book on gender identity by the MIT philosopher (and Academic Freedom Council co-founder) Alex Byrne was deemed too dangerous to print. "The philosophy profession has shown itself to be an institution of fragile integrity when put to the test. One can only hope spines will eventually stiffen, and academic law and order is restored." https://t.co/DyimwPW9Ir
All of a sudden lots of people seem to think that starting a war means you’re to blame for what follows. Mostly it’s same people that conveniently ignored Hamas starting a war on 7/10.
@wesyang Like, the bar for me thinking e state should stop an adult from getting a medical procedure is just really high. I would be fine with people having dicks sewn into their foreheads.
- Generally speaking, people in Western countries are not legally forced to conform to their gender (and nor should they be).
- Being gender non-conforming is not the same as being a different gender.
- Most trans women say they have the gender of a woman. Therefore, by their lights, they would be being forced to conform to the opposite gender.
- The laws are not presumed to actually change anyone's gender.
- Gender being binary means there are two genders. In principle, this is compatible with someone changing their gender.
- People don't actually change their gender.
It's funny how people will claim binary gender is a scientific fact, but then advocate for laws that force people to conform to their gender.
We don't have to pass laws to force particles to obey gravity.
