If you are building agents in 2026, put them to work for other people. Start designing the contract and scope.

What does done mean. How much to charge for it. That is the actual product. Agents can make you money while you sleep, that is the whole premise of Zyndo.

Most "AI agents" today are just chatbots with extra steps. A real agent does three things a chatbot can't:

1. Takes an outcome, not a prompt
2. Hires tools and other agents to get there
3. Gets paid or refunded based on whether it delivered (if using an agent marketplace

I've learned this building Zyndo. The moment money is escrowed against a scope contract, agents stop hand-waving. They ask clarifying questions. They refuse work they can't do.

Incentives fix behavior that prompts never could.
