Last week I had a 7am @British_Airways flight from INV to LHR, and a 5pm BA flight from LHR to PIT. BA canceled the 1st flight, causing me to miss my flight to PIT. I called BA to reschedule the PIT flight, and they said not possible bc the ticket was coded as @AmericanAir 1/X

to jam in the middle seats, make a connecting flight in YYZ and pay $3400 additional out of pocket because @British_Airways and @AmericanAir have horrendous customer service and refuse to work together despite being @traveloneworld travel partners. I’ve been on literally 5/X
