This was so moving. Spontaneously stopped off at the London Bridge station organ to play a couple of pieces for the Queen. This lovely security guard, Marcella, asked if I could play Lascia ch'io pianga. Turns out she trained as a singer! ❤️😭

@chilternrailway @1jgarnett What ticket acceptance was arranged? The Avanti ticket office at Euston said they knew nothing of it and made us buy an entirely new ticket.

@chilternrailway And to make matters worse, your staff was giving out false information at Marylebone Station, telling us Avanti would accept our tickets for travel from Euston. Making a stressful situation even worse. Please do better!

@chilternrailway It's no good apologising. My decision to travel yesterday was made over a year a go. You can't rid yourselves of responsibility to get people home by making last minute decisions to make it "essential travel" only.
