1. He pokes into the eyes of the MPs and senators who are the custodians of the impeachment vote. Big mistake !!

2. He picks a legal team way before the impeachment vote in parliament, implying he has foreseen, accepted, and chosen to live with the defeat. His impeachment is inevitable !!

3. He fails to detail his supporters who, during public participation, call for his exit alongside that of the president. Instead of defending him,I call that a Miscalculation !!

4. He hopes to ride on the Martin Wambora case that drew key strength on public participation. He misses the reality that on his part, a public participation process that was advertised on local dailies that ran for three days across the country can not be wished away,Kenyans have spoken,Makanga alikula fare!!

5. He fails to appreciate his incompatibility with Ruto as the presidency pointing to potential malfunction of government if they are not divorced by the impeachment .

6. He is on record saying that he should not be impeached alone. This is an admission of guilt already.

7. He fails to appreciate that there's only one impeachment motion before parliament,His impeachment, and no one else's !!.

8. Speaking after the president during the Gen Z demos deeply ratifies the insubordination charge,He forgot we do not have a co-president in Kenya!!

9. The discomfort by Kenyans against the shareholder philosophy in government is palpable,Kenya is not a company. It is our homeland, and we all have equal rights!!

10. The kufa Makanga Kufa dereva clarion call amongst Kenyans is his Achilles heel.He wants to go down with the abiria (Kenyans),why else would he want to kill the driver ?

11. His selection of a battery of advocates will lower down political agitation in his favor.He has already issued a signal to his support base that they can't win politically or morally. They can only hide in courtrooms,I call this a political amateur and a threat to democracy.

The bottom line is Gachagua MUST GO!!
