Meanwhile, the revised PLI framework creates a Bottom 20% with zero incentive.

What a strange policy: keep employees waiting for an agreed benefit, then create a system to rank some of them as losers.

Government must honour its commitment. Implement Five-Day Banking. Withdraw discriminatory PLI.
