It had nothing to do with an on field advantage. In The NFL and High School football advance scouting is legal.

@arnie019 @DarkoStateNews Breaking rule does not equate to cheating. If they cheated(unfair Advantage) they would’ve stated it. Wins would have been vacated…stop it dude lol
