Technician came today, took ₹1500 advance, promised installation by 8 PM.
No installation happened. No follow-up. Phone switched off.

Pathetic DTDC!
Booked my DTDC shipment on 7 Nov. Promised delivery on 15 Nov.
It’s 9 days now and still no update. Customer support is casual and unhelpful. Honestly, DTDC service is getting worse day by day.

And No response to the mail either.

Booked a bus from Hyderabad → Bangalore for 11 PM. At 7 PM, bus operator called saying my bus is CANCELLED & they arranged another bus at 10 PM.
My whole plan got disturbed. 👎

@Paytm I wanted to cancel the 10 PM bus & get a refund and could book a bus of 11-11:30pm one. But Paytm never responded. Worst support!
If I cancelled on my own → No refund.
So I had no option but to cancel my plans & forcefully board the 10 PM bus. 😤

Why is it so difficult to reach @amazonIN customer care? I ordered a mic, promised delivery by Sept 13. I got a delivery attempt notification, but the agent's number is always busy. The app now shows delivery by 10 PM today. This is unacceptable.
