I just shipped my first iOS app to the App Store without opening Xcode once.
No terminal.
No IDE.
Just Claude Code desktop + 2 words that ate my whole week:
Dynamic Workflows.
Here’s exactly how 👇
@YashHustle_22 I possess the knowledge but psychologically I can’t open the IDE anymore.
My workflow is becoming smoother over time so it’s all about leading rather than coding.
@getSortedAppios Congrats! You could have fully done it with Claude. You can even do the full setup on the Apple Store Connect website using Claude directly in Chrome. 😁
Result: shipped A→Z to the App Store.
0 lines typed in Xcode.
0 terminal commands.
100% Claude Code desktop.
The shift isn’t “AI writes code.”
It’s AI running defined workflows you design once and reuse.
That’s it !
The unlock was the desktop app itself.
Every Claude session managed from one place, grouped by project and sorted by recent.
I could jump between build, test, and submission contexts without losing the thread.
That’s what made “day and night” actually sustainable.
We've changed the trigger word from "workflow" to "ultracode".
You can still say "use a workflow for this", but when you're clearly referring to something else, Claude won't kick off a dynamic workflow. For an explicit trigger, use "ultracode". We appreciate the feedback!
