Most "Bitcoin smart contract" solutions force bad compromises:

❌ Federated multisig honeypots
❌ Expiring virtual UTXOs
❌ Mempool bloat & altcoin gas tokens

We took a different path with BitTasker. 🛠️

By leveraging RGB client-side validation & Taproot UTXOs as cryptographic single-use seals:

The state machine executes 100% locally inside the app on your own hardware

• Zero data bloat on the Bitcoin blockchain
• Absolute self-sovereign spend authority

Smart, programmable escrow secured by pure native Bitcoin. Run it straight from your phone or laptop like any native app. No bridges. No federations.

Includes #USDT on @lightning

What happens when a Bitcoiner sells everything and moves to El Salvador with no plan B?

I sat down with Jon Byrne and asked him. He'd never even visited El Salvador before he bought the one way ticket.
He said there was nothing to lose... Stay behind in the fiat world and you've already lost!

In El Salvador, almost "everyone" already has a Bitcoin wallet. Jon says the hard part now is giving people a way to earn Bitcoin, so he built one. Get hired for any job, get paid directly, no bankster approval-to-use-your-money needed and no ID required!

Freedom and sovereignty built in one app!

@BitTaskerdotcom onboarded almost 1,000 users in eight months, and nearly all of them Salvadoran. Plumbers, drivers, coaches, developers, all earning sats for real work.

His developers came out of @cuboplus, the school @stacyherbert and @maxkeiser built through the @bitcoinofficesv.
Jon says the knowledge those kids are walking out with is unbelievable. One of them, Dan, went straight from the classroom into a full time job building on Bitcoin for a Salvadoran company.

This is why El Salvador is hope! Young Salvadorans learning to build, then getting paid in Bitcoin to do it, in their own, beautiful country 🇸🇻

This is the part of El Salvador nobody outside the country sees! So please help us share this post and the podcast so the truth about El Salvador can come out and inspire the world.

New episode is live. Be ready to be mindblown 👇

I want to set the record straight: this is 100% a FedEx administrative disaster, not a scam. Back in February, this shipment was explicitly set up at the counter to be billed to my corporate FedEx account (#863382327). Over a 6-month period and 25+ emails, FedEx confirmed in writing that the charges were moved to my account. However, after I queried missing corporate discounts and duty calculations, FedEx made a massive billing error in September: they inexplicably removed the bill from my account and sent it to the person who dropped off the package, eventually handing it to debt collections. I have provided all official paperwork to FedEx demanding an immediate credit/refund for what was paid and the full removal of all collection notices. We were caught in the middle of FedEx's gross incompetence, and I am actively working to ensure we are fully reimbursed." Full disclosure and all correspondence is available via email : [email protected] The over charged invoice (i.e. x 5 times the amount) has been paid and the matter is closed

Nobody is being scammed

Currently we are in the process of re billing the invoice to the correct biller as it was billed incorrectly

The shipment was an International third party delivery

We have now paid the $350 bill which should have been $70-$80

Its likely that @FedExHelp system has automatically sent a demand letter while we are in the process of resolving however have paid it in good faith that we can recover it from @Fedex

Feel free to ask questions or request any proof of work including the original Commercial Invoice at time of shipping

We maintain the right as a business to query an invoice including an over charge from Customs which has been reduced from $150 to $12 already

[BitTasker @BitTaskerdotcom]

@OGBringFacts

[BitTasker @BitTaskerdotcom]

please let us know if there are any extra charges and we will cover it , we will then attempt to recover our losses from @FedExHelp as the problems started for us after an initial overcharge from Customs which was reduced and rebilled but the incompetence of @fedex billing department continued to bill you not us

Customs tried to charge us $150 duty for a $50 item and this what caused the re bill issue as it was initially billed to us but then was re billed to you

We have all the proof of work

your credit will not be affected as the bill is paid

[BitTasker @BitTaskerdotcom]

@OGBringFacts @FedExHelp @FedExHelp we have DM you
Please help to resolve the incorrect billing issue

What does a Bitcoin maximalist have to say about stablecoins?

Stablecoins are mostly used outside Bitcoin right now. For a maximalist, the question is whether dollars on Bitcoin are a compromise or a necessity.

Let's hear @giacomozucco's take on the matter during the "Bitcoin's Dollar Problem" speech.

Sunday 25 October, 10:15, LAC Lugano.
