@OLUAYEScotland@ukocarter That’s a misunderstanding of comparative advantage. Making the SE an industrial hub doesn’t exclude the SW. Lagos already has major commercial strength. The idea is to develop each region’s strengths, not make one region prosper at another’s expense.
