@HireFireTeam It’s a good question to catch obvious CRO things on the fly too.
“I didn’t realize you had free shipping until checkout” - although we had it in our header, just reinforced having it sprinkled on PDP, cart notes etc.
Small stuff like that super helpful when starting out
@HireFireTeam Yeah for example: People saying they wanted to try a variety and felt annoyed having to buy multiple mixed packs vs. being able to build their own box. That was a very common response for a while and drove the need for build a box on our site. Which was game changer

Once you see people do that, then pour gas on the fire with paid media. Until then, work on the product.
