Over 100 days of hostilities in #Lebanon, 247 children have been killed and 992 injured.
An average of 12 children killed or maimed every day.
Behind every number is a child whose life has been cut short or forever changed, and a family facing loss, trauma and uncertainty.
Children need more than an end to hostilities. They need protection, sustained support, access to essential services and a safer future.
UNICEF calls for a sustained cessation of hostilities, the protection of children and civilian infrastructure, safe humanitarian access and respect for international law.
