I can be extremely happy & passionate & loving but I can also be super sad & unproductive. I’m trying to let go of all this sadness but it feels so constrained:(

Depression cannot always be reduced to faulty chemistry inside an individual. A life organised around insecurity, meaningless labour and no believable future can make withdrawal feel rational. Sometimes the mind is not failing to adapt. It is refusing the terms.
idk why but my favorite act of love that i’ve heard of is when a man pays for his girlfriends education or living situation while she pursues education. like bitch i will cry rn.
