As a queer person who volunteered during the 2025 Federal Election, I obviously got a lot of stares. There were volunteers from all parties who wouldn't acknowledge my existence and volunteers whom I had great conversations with.

@PenPlays_ For me it’s just so expensive. It’s $110 AUD for a Lego game. Lego games generally have shallower gameplay and story to make it more accessible for kids. Why is the abridged Lego game more expensive than the original game? What kid has $110 laying around?

@PicturesFoIder You’re all so quick to believe anything you see on the internet. This is clearly a joke. The kid ‘loves’ minion themed baths, minion themed bed sheets, prime etc.
Another TikTok shows that the kid just had his last day of school and is going into uni. It’s all a joke.

@jay_spesh16 @concrete_found @PicturesFoIder It’s true though. That kind of rule exists because usually at daytime, in these tiny streets, there are too many pedestrians to walk on the footpath. Lots of people don’t even want cars in the city for a similar reason. They take up so much space to transport so few people.

@concrete_found @PicturesFoIder Actual reason is because he can. In some Australian cities we have shared zones. Pedestrians always get right of way, cars must wait for pedestrians. Sure he was an asshole for knowingly slowing down the car, but he was well within his right to do it.
