I'm not able to get to a store. It turned into a saga. @BestBuy and @BestBuySupport are beyond AWFUL. Glad I normally shop at @amazon who have great Cust Svc

@dhlexpressuk I believe @AmazonUK staff are stealing packages to be shipped out and blaming DHL. I recently had a package go 'missing' and AmazonUK said that DHL lost the package. When I opened a case with DHL, they said AmazonUK NEVER handed the package to them. Just so you know

@AmazonHelp So tell me why when I pre-order a limited edition set, it gets stolen by your staff before being dropped off to DHL for shipping? Why do you not investigate these crimes? Does Amazon UK just have sh*thole staff and crime is rampant there? Do you not track anything there?

@AmazonHelp I'm telling you there is no Amazon UK phone service for US customers. I already tried. Clearly, you need to get schooled on Amazon Cust Svc yourself. Amazon UK doesn't care about stealing packages and shafting customers. Plain and simple.

@AmazonHelp I've already spoken via chat. There is no phone cust svc for US customers. The guy on the chat said its DHL's fault and Amazon has nothing to do with it. DHL told me you never handed the package off to them and that you never filed a claim either. So, clearly, Amazon is lying.

@AmazonHelp This was a limited edition @ArrowFilmsVideo release that I pre-ordered months ago, and now it is OOP and you can't send me a replacement. It looks like you have some lawless staff who steal. You have no checks in place as Amazon UK have washed their hands of this.

@AmazonHelp Recent order. I paid for Global Priority shipping and you never even handed it off to DHL for shipping, so it looks like one of your employees stole the package on the way to drop it off at DHL. DHL called me a confirmed that you never handed the package off to them for delivery
