This post from @RSPManston is incorrect. Mr Justice Dove in fact denied the request to appeal the dismissal of the Judicial Review but Jenny Dawes had 21 days to file an application for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal. Ms. Dawes will be filing that application.

Mr Justice Dove has today dismissed the application for judicial review in the High Court of Justice. Ms Dawes will be appealing this ruling. You can read her statement here
