Hey! I wanted to share this project created in @rive_app using the new gpu Canvas and the AI agent.
This is the very beginning of 3d in Rive, and I personally am really excited about it.
If you've just updated to the latest @rive_app Editor version and are thinking, "Hey, where are my Listeners?", don't worry, they're safe! They are now located in the State Machine dropdown in the "Animations" panel. Happy Listening!

Been traveling a lot, but finally got around to fleshing out a new command card. Now that the guts are in place, I can start adding additional abilities and fleshing out the progression system.
Text peel effect done on @rive_app using Bones and Listeners tools.
I first saw this effect on Nijat Ibrahimli YouTube channel. He used After Effects but itโs much more fun when itโs interactive ๐ฎ

@SakaBytes@rive_app I can, though, aside from the character anims, view models, menu, and tiles, the agent handled all of the scripting related to it. Is that something you're interested in?
@yeswecancreate@rive_app The script in my game is handling all the rendering, positioning, and pathfinding. The script is also checking if the character is moving, then sets the action and facing enums.
Iโm not sure why yours isnโt working. Are you using the agent?
Lots more stuff added to this little tactics game!

Combat, both ranged and melee
UI for health, stats, movement range, unit facing
Still a ton of visual work to do, but it's alllll coming together ๐ฌ

Woodland Tactics is finally playable, just in time for the Games with Rive challenge over at Contra. Everything was built 100% in the @rive_app editor.
