This is false, as you can easily find out by asking your staff to research it.

California pays tens of billions more in federal taxes than it receives. It is what is referred to as a “donor state,” since it subsidizes other states that receive more than they pay.

It’s worth noting that this was true even when we didn’t have an administration withholding disaster funding from states that didn’t vote for him.

There is ZERO evidence for your claim. As an elected official, you owe it to the country to be responsible and not just repeat false claims made by people bc they don’t like the outcome of an election.

If you have some credible proof to support your claim, please post it. If not, please be more responsible. The frequent unsubstantiated accusations made by elected officials is degrading our democracy & exacerbating an already toxic political climate.
