Our new paper on "Karawun", a software that converts track files (.tck) to DICOM. This allows advanced tractography to be leveraged for presurgical planning and be displayed and used during neurosurgery. https://t.co/8pG44MCIPU
Our M-CRIB-WM neonatal parcellated white matter atlas has just been published: https://t.co/fGmkoTCGeG, and the ten individual parcellated datasets are publicly available here: https://t.co/bVSJJ5ngJJ
In neurosurgical planning, there hasn't been a way to convert state-of-the-art #MRtrix tractography #nifti & tract files to #dicom for use in #Brainlab surgical planning software. So Richard Beare & Joseph Yang have made a free tool, 'Karawun', to do that https://t.co/5Tps05rONM
These parcellations have cortical regions compatible with the widely-used Desikan-Killiany (2006) adult brain atlas. The cortical regions in our M-CRIB 2.0 atlas (downloadable here https://t.co/q6MpqXRoqZ) are compatible with the Desikan-Killiany-Tourville (2012) adult atlas.
Hi again #neonatal#neuroimaging and #parcellation folks! Here are newly-publicly-downloadable individual whole-brain parcellations for our *original* M-CRIB neonatal brain atlas: https://t.co/A9W1ZMt8RC. (1/2)
Hey #neonatal#parcellation and #developmental#neuroimaging folks! Here is our newly-publicly-downloadable M-CRIB 2.0 neonatal parcellated brain atlas: https://t.co/q6MpqY8Zix ๐ง โจ Ten individual whole-brain parcellations, T2, and T1 images available, and more to be added soon.
Very sad to hear of the passing of Rahul Desikan, whose work is so inspirational to so many of us. Condolences to all who knew him. https://t.co/0FZX1Qre1q
Working with neonatal MRI data?
*T106* today for a software demonstration by @DrGiraffeBird of the Surface-based Melbourne Childrenโs Regional Infant Brain atlas
Freesurfer-compatible parcellation of the neonatal cortex w/@BonnieAlexandr#OHBM2019
@ParkvilleGeek Aw thank you but I think credit needs to go to Sarah Yao, Joseph Yang, and Michelle Wu (all not yet on twitter) on this one! They know white matter ๐ง ๐โจ
Our new multi-subject neonatal parcellated white matter atlas, the M-CRIB-WM, up on bioRxiv. Some meticulous work by Dr Sarah Yao and colleagues! https://t.co/1LfDtTpqv4 #Parcellation#BrainAtlas#Neonates
New from the team. @BonnieAlexandr@garedaba
Parcellation of the cortex using Surface-based Melbourne Children's Regional Infant Brain atlases (M-CRIB-S) | #bioRxiv https://t.co/sZ7a0ijuce
Individual parcellated, T2- and T1-weighted images will be publicly available - weโre keenly awaiting some licensing details getting sorted. Keep an eye here, or feel free to contact us if any questions.
Our new M-CRIB 2.0 neonatal parcellated brain atlas: https://t.co/XweVkSOQuQ. Contains cortical regions compatible with the adult DKT cortical protocol, & subcortical regions updated for greater consistency with FreeSurferโs subcortical segmentation. #Parcellation#BrainAtlas
Had a great first day at Software Carpentry python course today, thanks @alistairwalsh, @peter_goodin, and helpers, for putting it on! Also it was really nice to be at Swinburne again. So many imaging memories, and such good coffee :)
